1. Introduction

Welcome to Inktoss! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inktoss mobile applications (Android and iOS) and related services that allow users to print and mail documents (“Services”).

• Who we are: Inktoss LLC, 326 E COURT AVE PMB 3016, JEFFERSONVILLE, IN 47130-3412 (“Inktoss,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
• Scope: These Terms apply to your use of the Inktoss app and Services.
• Agreement: By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Inktoss.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Inktoss.
• Geographic Restriction: The Services are intended for residents of the United States only.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You must register for an account to use the Services.
• Accuracy & Security: You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of misuse or violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to: - Use the Services for unlawful purposes. - Send unwanted, harassing, or inappropriate mail. - Engage in spam, abuse, or harassment of others. - Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the app. - Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Inktoss or others.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: The Inktoss app, design, code, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by Inktoss and protected by law.
• User Content: Any documents or files you upload remain your property. We only use them for the purpose of printing and mailing as part of the Services. We do not claim ownership of your documents.

6. Purchases, Payments & Refunds

• Pricing: Printing costs vary based on number of sheets, color, and paper type. Prices are displayed before checkout.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Apple Pay, and/or Google Pay.
• Refunds & Reprints: If your documents are not delivered or are of unsatisfactory quality, you may request a refund or reprint.
• No Subscriptions: Inktoss does not currently offer free trials or subscription services.

7. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, free from errors, or meet your expectations.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inktoss is not responsible for damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inktoss shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Inktoss for that specific service.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you engage in harassment, illegal activity, or otherwise violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Updates take effect immediately upon posting or notification. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Third-Party Services

Inktoss integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to: - Stripe (payment processing) - Google (sign-in) - Apple (sign-in, Apple Pay)

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Data Retention & File Handling

• Files uploaded for printing are retained for 30 days for the sole purpose of fulfilling print orders and possible reprints in the event of lost or damaged mail.
• Files are not used for analytics, advertising, or any processing beyond printing and mailing.
• Files are encrypted in transit and at rest.
