Document Retention

• Uploaded documents are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days
• Order information is stored in Firebase indefinitely for customer service and business purposes
• Account information (name, email, addresses) is retained until you delete your account or request deletion
• You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@inktoss.com

Access Controls

• Only authorized personnel can access customer documents for printing
• All access is logged and monitored
• Documents are printed with cover pages to prevent accidental reading
• Printing facilities are secured with cameras and locked doors
• Failed deliveries are returned to Inktoss and securely shredded

Children’s Privacy

Inktoss does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have such information, please contact us.

Geographic Limitations

We only ship to the 50 United States. All data is stored and processed on US-based Firebase/Google Cloud servers. The Services are not intended for users outside the United States.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to: - Know what personal information we collect and how it's used - Delete personal information we have about you - Opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
